We pack with extra care! Each item is wrapped in layers of protective bubble wrap and sustainable honeycomb paper, then placed in a sturdy box filled with love (and cushioning) to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
Since our products are handcrafted on order, we accept returns only if the product arrives damaged. Please send us an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery, and we will happily replace it for you.
